Help with printing Dancing Dates
Dancing Dates is a standard letter sized (8-1/2" by 11") one page double sided document,
that when printed and folded, becomes a 4 page brochure in a format similar to your White Cockade.
Although your printer may support double sided printing, without adjusting settings of your printer
the document may not turn out as intended. There are so many different printers it is impossible
to provide guidance for all situations. Generally, it is the "Binding Edge" or "Binding Location" setting
that you may need to adjust.

As a fallback, the document may be printed one side at a time (on a single sheet of paper).
An easy way of determining how to insert the paper in the correct manner to print the
second side is to place a small 'X" in pencil at the top of the blank page before printing the 1st page,
and to note the orientation of the printed page relative to your mark. Re-insert the page to print
the second side based on this information and it will turn out as intended. Then make a note of what you did
for next time! And you may want to have some heavier weight (24 lb.) paper for printing out your Dancing Dates.
(normal copier paper is 20 lb.).

If there are any problems, I'm sure there will always be people in each club that can print out
copies for everyone.
